For more than 30 years, Paul Reardon, MD,  has provided psychiatric care to adolescents and adults throughout Orange County. He believes that understanding each person’s history, concerns, and goals is the foundation of effective psychiatric treatment.

His practice includes comprehensive psychiatric evaluation, psychotherapy, medication management, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) when appropriate. Dr. Reardon also teaches mindfulness practices to those interested, and when suitable to support long-term healing.
